BRIC

The Bioprocessing Research Industry Club (BRIC) was established in 2005 by BBSRC, EPSRC and 15 industry partners with joint funding of £24M.

Through the funding of industrially relevant research projects and supporting the UK bioprocessing community the Club aims to address the challenges of producing biopharmaceuticals, which is currently slow, expensive and complicated due to the large and complex molecules which require sophisticated manufacturing methods.
